It was incorporated on 11th January 1912, by a group of 32 Jewish physicians based in Israel. The organization also has a legal department, which handles all the legal cases concerning the physician community working in Israel. It also provides diverse range of services to its members including medical insurance, funds, retirement homes, financial assistance, and consumer club.

Israel Veterinary Medical Association
